Welcome to Contilearn, the continuous learning company. Our business is continuous learning and we are the evolution in the field of personal and corporate learning and development. Our goal is to inspire an ongoing shift towards building values and competencies that are relevant for continuous personal and corporate growth and we seek to achieve this by continuously driving the wheel of continuous learning and development. At Contilearn, we believe that for an individual or organisation to develop, he must need to learn. Learning must translate into positive development and it must be continuous. Hence the birth of Contilearn, reflecting the values of continuous learning.

The vision of Contilearn is to evolve into an international business with significant expertise in the areas of human resource management and development with wide ranging interests in knowledge management and knowledge network, training and development, research and development, publishing, education and marketing.
Contilearn uses the PPDP™ principle pioneered by Anthony Adesile to promote the ideals of ongoing personal and organisational development through learning. It is the vision of Contilearn to take personal development to the next level, advocating a holistic focus into a shift to solution thinking, vision development, planning, learning and changing. At Contilearn, we believe that this process is lived over and over again as our clients aspire to achieve leadership and remain above competition.

The theme of personal and organisation development is old just as continuous learning is not new either. That is why Contilearn is an evolution, and yet a revolution. Contilearn is an inspiration and it uses the PPDP™ (Personal Process Development Planning) framework to influence aspiration success actualisation.
